Property Repairs
Our representatives from Tilmon inspected the New Plaza property last week in order to identify general repairs and improvements. The following property repairs have been completed to date : Repainting of the wooden New Plaza sign in the front yard Removal of three large plastic barrels, dog feces, and other trash near the rear exit door area Removal of bulk trash items in the outdoor trash area Removal of large weeds in the outdoor trash area and crevices of exterior concrete throughout the property Addition of several new tasks to the regular building cleanings, including dusting of windowsills and wall scones, removal of trash from outdoor basement walkway, and removal of lint and debris from the laundry room machines Repairs to missing chunks of the building entry doors and wood restaining The following repairs will require outside vendors and will be completed in the upcoming weeks : Pressure washing of walkways and concrete retaining walls to remove bird droppings, gum, and d...
