Mailbox Lock Issues: PLEASE REPLY

Dear New Plaza residents,
Over the past few days, several owners have contacted TDW stating that their mailbox keys/locks are no longer working. We are going to send a locksmith to check out each individual lock.

Because this will require some coordination between the U.S. Postal Service, the locksmith, and owners/residents, please let us know if you are having similar issues no later than COB Thursday, March 12, 2015 by emailing Office@thosdwalsh.com .

TDW will then email the affected residents with instructions on dropping off mailbox keys and related details.
