Bags of Dog Waste In Front of Building

To the resident who has been leaving  baggies filled with dog waste in front of the building: your neighbors ask that you instead please dispose of the bags in the trash can at the corner of 12th & Massachusetts. We would all prefer not to have to walk by bags filled with dog waste when entering the building.
