Ignore Contact Info Request Email from Lindsey Mask

Subscribers to the New Plaza email list serve (via our Google Group) may have received an email earlier this morning from Lindsey Mask requesting that you confirm your contact information for Lindsey's address book. Please ignore this message. It appears that Ms. Mask (an owner at New Plaza) initiated some sort of automated email contact list update, which sent a request email to our Google Group list serve.

The annual Condo Association meeting for New Plaza owners is tonight at 7pm in Unit 502. 

Lobby Renovation [Nearly] Complete

Dear New Plaza Residents, Thank you very much for your patience with the lobby renovation/unit door painting project.  Phase 1 of the project is nearly complete.  Within the next six to eight weeks, we will add two benches underneath the mailboxes in order to neaten up package delivery.   We will also be adding a small basket intended for newspaper/magazine deliveries, which will be kept near the mailboxes.  At this time, newspaper delivery personnel leave the papers outside of the front door and the papers are usually brought into the building by a kind neighbor.  While we can't require the newspaper delivery personnel to use the basket, we would encourage all newspaper delivery recipients to assist your neighbors in keeping the lobby clean and place all newly-delivered newspapers into the basket for pickup. Reminder: January Condo Fees

Please remit payment (either by check via mail, or online payment via checking account transfer) to Thos. D. Walsh  no later than the 15th of the month  to avoid late fees and interest charges. Storage Cages Available for Rent

The installation of storage cages in the basement Maintenance Room is complete. Fourteen cages of various sizes are now available for rent on a month-to-month basis. MONTHLY RENTAL FEES At its discretion, the Board has fixed the following monthly   rental fees , including an upward adjustment for the existing storage rooms : Small cages (3'x3'x3'; 27 cubic feet) = $8/month Medium cages (3'x3'x6'; 54 cubic feet) = $16/month Large cages (3'x4'x6'; 72 cubic feet) = $20/month Storage rooms (144 useable cubic feet) = $34/month ( previously $17/month ) The above rental rates are significantly below the per cubic foot market rate of nearby, traditional storage facilities. The Board can provide comparative price information upon request. Rental fees for all storage spaces are due each month along with condo fees.
