Lobby Project Update

The lobby renovation project is [almost] done; we're in the home stretch. The contractors will return next week to complete the following finishing touches:

  • Installation of new mailboxes on Tuesday, Dec 2 (the Board will send out a separate notice about how to obtain the new key for your mailbox);
  • Replacement of one of the horizontal sconce lightbulbs and replacement of the defective exit sign above the mailboxes;
  • Installation of a ceiling light above the staircase landing immediately up from the lobby;
  • A second coat of painting for the exterior of the front door;
  • Touch-up painting for the lobby;
  • Installation of new protective surfacing on the Trash Room door.

Please do not toss junk mail, trash, or other unwanted items in the bins . The cleaning company empties out unclaimed newspapers and magazines from the bin every Wednesday.
