Notice: Lobby Renovation Starts Mon, Nov. 3

NOTICE: Lobby Renovation

The lobby renovation project will begin this Monday, November 3rd. The renovation, re-carpeting, and painting of the lobby is expected to take two weeks.

The exterior re-painting of all unit doors, storage room doors, and basement-level doors is expected to begin on Wednesday, November 19. The Board will be sending additional notices about the exact timeline for unit door repainting on each floor, as well as instructions to verify that you have provided the Board with a working copy of the key to your unit.
