New Call Box Installation on Monday

A new call box for the building will be installed this coming Monday, June 9th (weather permitting). The installation is expected to be completed by the end of the day. The new call box will feature an A to Z scroll directory through which visitors may call you to request building entry. For security reasons, the Board has asked the vendor to populate the directory with unit numbers (i.e. "Unit #101") instead of using residents' actual names. Your existing building fob(s) will work with the new call box.

Now is a good time to update the telephone number in the call box associated with your unit, if desired. If you'd like to change the telephone number the call box dials for your unit, please send an email to board@thenewplaza.com by Sunday evening.
