Notice to Dog Owners

A representative from the Church of the Ascension and Saint Agnes across the street from our building reached out to the Condo Board to ask that New Plaza residents please be mindful about cleaning up after their dogs. Residents from our building in particular have been observed offenders. Please be a good neighbor and extend the common courtesy of picking up after your pup. Thanks!

Please do not toss junk mail, trash, or other unwanted items in the bins . The cleaning company empties out unclaimed newspapers and magazines from the bin every Wednesday.
