Soliciting Resident Feedback: Storage Units

Dear residents,

In light of recent resident inquiries about the availability of storage rooms (which are all currently rented), the Board would like to gauge the overall interest level among residents in having extra storage facilities in the building. Specifically, the Board is considering installing tenant storage lockers (similar to those pictured here) in half of the basement Maintenance Room that residents could rent.

Of course the size, dimensions, and numbers of lockers would depend on cost and overall resident interest, but the idea is that the storage lockers would rent for a similar price per cubic foot as the existing storage rooms.
