Building Front Door Installation Schedule

The Board is pleased to announce that our new building front doors have arrived and are ready for installation. The actual door installation will take place on Monday, June 10th beginning at 6 a.m. The doors will be fully functional by Monday evening, though the Board encourages everyone to carry a blue master key in addition to the electronic security fob. Painting will take place during regular business hours on Tuesday, June 11th and Wednesday, June 12th. During installation and painting, the doors to the building will be unsecured.

As such, the Board has hired a third party security company to control building access while the doors are not secured. Owners and current residents will be required to present a picture ID to the security guard in order to gain access into the building. Non-residents will be required to sign into the building and provide their name and visiting unit number. The Board will provide the security company with a list of owners/residents. If your name does not appear on the list, you will be treated as a non-resident and required to sign into the building accordingly.
