NOTICE: Interior Renovations Begin Apr. 18

Phase 2 of New Plaza's interior renovation project will begin on Monday, April 18th and will last approximately two weeks during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm).

 As discussed at the Annual Meeting, Phase 2 includes the following work:

  1. Replacing all carpeting on Floors 2-7;
  2. Installing brush mats in front of unit doors on the ground level and Floors 2-7;
  3. Installing kick plates on all unit doors (including the first floor);
  4. Replacing all lighting fixtures on Floors 2-7;
  5. Replacing all exit signs on Floors 2-7;
  6. Installing a chair rail on Floors 2-7; and
  7. Painting Floors 2-7.
For additional details, read more here.

Residents MUST remove all personal door mats from the hallways NO LATER THAN Sunday, April 17th. NPCA will not be responsible for the loss of or damage personal door mats.

Workers will be on multiple floors each day, depending on the progress of the work. While residents will have access to all parts of the building at all times, the Board asks that residents attempt to minimize obstacles to the work, including the delivery of large furniture or moving into or out of New Plaza during business hours while the renovation is in progress.

Please email the Board at board@thenewplaza.com if you have any questions. We will continue to post project updates via the blog as necessary. Thank you for your continued patience.
