NOTICE: Updated Key Replacement Policy

Dear Residents,

At its October meeting earlier this month, the Board of Directors adopted a new Key Replacement Policy, which has been added to the "Condo Docs" section of the blog (www.newplaza1115.com), and reprinted in full below for your review.

Replacement or Duplicate Key/Key Fob Policy

Cost:

A duplicate or replacement key (building master key or individual unit key) or Key Fob (“Fob”) is $50.00 payable by cash, check or money order.

Duplicate or Replacement Keys/Fobs:

Owners have two options to secure a duplicate or replacement key/Fob from Management:

1. Visit Thos. D. Walsh Inc. (TDW) at 3628 12th St. NE Washington, DC 20017 during regular office hours (9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday) and bring payment for your new key/Fob.
1. This option is best for residents who need keys/Fobs immediately.
2. Please be sure to alert Thos. D. Walsh ahead of time to ensure your key/Fob is available and ready for you.
3. Bring payment for the key/Fob.
4. This option is best for residents who need keys/Fobs immediately.

2. Request a copy of the key/Fob be sent via mail. Call (202) 237-8488 x or email TDW at Office@thosdwalsh.com.
1. This option is best if convenience is more important than expediency.
2. Payment must be received before key/Fob is mailed.
3. Regular shipping (5-7 days) costs an additional $10.00.
4. Next day shipping costs an additional $30.00.

Note about lost Fobs:

Contact TDW at Office@thosdwalsh.com or (202) 237-8488 x4 to let them know how and where your Key or Fob has been lost so that TDW can take the necessary safety precautions, including deactivating the Fob.
