Window Replacement

Unit Owners, In response to owner requests, the Board has obtained quotes from Supreme Windows for unit window replacements. There are two types of windows in our building: 1) Historic windows (ALL windows facing 12th Street or Massachusetts Avenue) Bronze windows - $860.00 per window Beige/almond windows - $1,129.00 per window If 100 windows are ordered - $785.00 per window (either color) All historic windows must be ordered and installed at same time, because the Condo Board will secure ONE [required] building-wide permit from the D.C. Historic Preservation Office. If you decide to install new historic windows some other time, you will be responsible for securing an HPO permit for your individual unit. 2) Non-historic windows (ALL windows facing the alley and back of the building) $650.00-$850.00 per window, depending on your floor and material selected (vinyl or aluminum) No permit is required Windows may be provided/installed one unit at a time Work will begin approximately 3-6
