New Trash Removal Service
As you may have noticed, the trash cans and recycling bins for our building were removed yesterday. The Board terminated our Association's contract with Bowie's due to multiple issues with their service, and decided to contract Tenleytown Trash. Tenleytown will deliver our new bins later today.
Our new trash removal contract includes 4 bins for trash and 4 bins for recycling, ALL of which will be picked up FOUR times per week-- an improvement over Bowie's less frequent and unreliable service. Tenyleytown Trash even removes Christmas trees in January!

Please take a moment to read the Trash Area rules:
- All cardboard boxes MUST be broken down flat. Please dispose of all styrofaom liners, bubble wrap, etc. in the trash bins.
- All trash items must be placed inside a trash or recycling bin (as appropriate).
- If your item does not fit inside a trash bin, you are responsible for disposal of the item elsewhere (city dump or arrange for a bulk trash pickup through Thos. D. Walsh).
- Please DO NOT leave bulk items (construction items, appliances, mattresses, ironing boards, etc.) in the trash area. They will get wet, grow mold, attract vermin, and impede the removal of properly disposed of trash.
