Dear New Plaza residents, Over the past few days, several owners have contacted TDW stating that their mailbox keys/locks are no longer working . We are going to send a locksmith to check out each individual lock. Because this will require some coordination between the U.S. Postal Service, the locksmith, and owners/residents, please let us know if you are having similar issues no later than COB Thursday, March 12, 2015 by emailing  Office@thosdwalsh.com . Hello!  As the newly-elected President, I'd like to share with you the Directors who were elected at the Annual Meeting held in January, and the Officer positions elected at the Board meeting held in February: Julia Whitelock, President (Unit 704) Adam Beebe, Vice President (Unit 502) Laurie Kaufman, Secretary (Unit 305) Max Perkins, Treasurer (Unit 505) Laura Stellato, At-Large Member (Unit 404) As you can see, we have shuffled positions a bit, but we each hope that our continued service to the Association in our different roles will be beneficial.  On behalf of the other Board members and the Condo Association, I want to give a BIG thank you to Adam Beebe for his work as Board President for the past two years.
