Fruit Flies / Gnats

Over the past few weeks several residents have notified the Board of the ongoing presence of fruit flies and/or a type of small gnat in their units. In an effort to identify which parts of the building are dealing with the issue, and to what extent it is still a problem, please email board@thenewplaza.com if you are (or have) experienced the issue so we can determine a proper course of action.
