Please Help! Volunteers Needed!!

Dear owners and residents,

As you know, the Board has scheduled a building-wide bulk trash pick-up for Wednesday, April 2. We've decided to take advantage of this opportunity to clean out the basement Maintenance Room, where shortly we plan to install storage cages for resident use. There is years' worth of hardware materials, junk, and misfit items that need to be disposed of before we can install the storage cages.

As such, we're organizing a Maintenance Room clean-out on Tuesday, April 1 at 8:30pm. I'm writing to ask for volunteers to lend a hand in moving unwanted items from the Maintenance Room to the outdoor trash room. The more volunteers, the faster and easier the process will go!

Please send an email to board@thenewplaza.com if you are willing and able to help and we'll send additional details. Several of you have offered to help out if the Board was ever in need, so please make good on those offers!
