Storage Room Fees

Starting February 1, 2014, owners and residents who are renting storage rooms will be charged monthly ($17/month) instead of yearly ($200/year). Monthly storage room fees are due along with condo fees, and will be included on your monthly statements (available through the TDW online portal). Please adjust your automatic monthly payment amount, if applicable.

The Board has decided to move forward with the installation of storage lockers in the basement maintenance room. Once the storage lockers are installed and available for rent, the Board plans to adjust storage fees for both rooms and lockers to a monthly rate that's more commensurate with (but still below) alternative storage options in the metropolitan area.
