Soliciting Resident Feedback: Building Cleaning Service

New Plaza Residents,

The Board is approaching the Association's transition to a new property management company as an opportunity to review all existing contracts with current service providers/vendors to the New Plaza. As part of this process, we'd like to solicit your feedback about the building cleaning service provided by our current contractor.

Our current building cleaning service contractor visits the building three times a week, and is responsible for the following duties:
  • Vacuuming of all carpeted areas (including elevator)
  • Removal of litter, debris, and cobwebs
  • Cleaning of all accessible windows and doors
  • Checking lightbulbs and dusting light fixtures
  • Sweeping and mopping of all non-carpeted areas, including stairs and basement
  • Wiping down washing machines
  • Cleaning dryer lint traps
  • Removal of litter and debris from trenches along front and south side of building exterior
  • Sweeping of front terrace and removal of litter and debris
The Board kindly solicits feedback about your degree of satisfaction with the following aspects of our current cleaning services provider:
  1. Quality of service
  2. Frequency of service
  3. Aspects of service performed well
  4. Aspects of service in need of improvement
  5. Additional services needed that are not currently provided
