Dear New Plaza Condominium Homeowner:

Thos. D. Walsh, Inc., Realtors (TDW) has been designated as your condominium association Property Manager. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and, as such, I am writing to inform you of a few changes:


  • Starting September 1, 2013, your condominium payments must be sent to:

  • We have provided your association its own web portal where you will be able to make your monthly payments online, access your statements, and other documents.
  1. Go to www.thosdwalsh.com
  2. Click on the "Tenants" tab
  3. Click "Sign Up" under the T.D.W.'s Tenant Portal Login Screen
  4. Fill out the appropriate information and hit "Submit"
  • In case of building emergencies, contact our office at 202.237.8488 during our business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

New Plaza neighbors, Three quick requests/reminders to help keep our lobby/mail area tidy: The brown wicker bin on the floor is meant to hold delivered newspapers and magazines. Please do not toss junk mail, trash, or other unwanted items in the bins . The cleaning company empties out unclaimed newspapers and magazines from the bin every Wednesday. Tired of the Post Marketplace midweek mailer cluttering up your mailbox? Call 202-334-6100 to remove your address from their delivery list (it actually works!) See below.
