Lost and Found: Comforter

Someone has left a comforter in one of the dryers all week. Tilmon's maintenance crew removed the comforter and securely stored it. If the comforter is yours, please contact Salecia at shines@tilmonproperties.com or (301) 324-0912.

Front Yard Update

Thank you for your continued patience with the front yard project; it is nearly complete. Weather permitting, GreenLOFT will stain and seal the table this week. At least 48 hours without rain will be necessary to do so. The Board will provide an update once the front yard area is open for use. Please be advised that in order to preserve and encourage the growth of the new plantings, the front yard will initially be open for limited use. The Board will provide details about these limitations in our update announcing the opening of the front yard area. Thanks. As always, please contact us at board@thenewplaza.com if you have questions.

A picture of our stately entrance is below for your viewing pleasure. The front yard project is nearing completion. The Board will provide notice to residents once it is open, as well as updated rules for front yard and grill use. Please note that the Board and Tilmon Properties will be strictly enforcing these rules and associated fines in order to maintain the Association's signfiicant investment in the front yard.
