Reminder: Front Door Installation Begins Tomorrow

The building front door installation will begin tomorrow and take place the following dates: Monday, June 17 (6am – 6pm) Tuesday, June 18 (9am – 5pm) Wednesday, June 19 (9am – 5pm) During these times, ALL RESIDENTS MUST SHOW IDENTIFICATION to the security guard when entering the building. Building visitors will be required to sign in with the guard, in addition to providing ID. Visitors without ID will not be permitted into the building.  Email the Board at board@thenewplaza.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Front Door Installation Rescheduled

Due to inclement weather, the Board and AllenBuilt postponed the installation of the building front doors. The installation of the front doors is rescheduled to take place: Monday, June 17, 6am-6pm Tuesday, June 18, 9am-5pm Wednesday, June 19, 9am-5pm During the above dates and times, owners and current residents will be required to present a picture ID to the security guard in order to gain access into the building. Non-residents will be required to sign into the building and provide their name and visiting unit number.

Building Front Door Installation Schedule

The Board is pleased to announce that our new building front doors have arrived and are ready for installation. The actual door installation will take place on Monday, June 10th beginning at 6 a.m. The doors will be fully functional by Monday evening, though the Board encourages everyone to carry a blue master key in addition to the electronic security fob. Painting will take place during regular business hours on Tuesday, June 11th and Wednesday, June 12th . During installation and painting, the doors to the building will be unsecured. As such, the Board has hired a third party security company to control building access while the doors are not secured. Owners and current residents will be required to present a picture ID to the security guard in order to gain access into the building. Front Yard Closure

New Plaza owners and residents, As of today, the front yard will be off limits until GreenLOFT completes landscaping.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FRONT YARD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES . The Board will enforce a $100 fine per violation. Green LOFT estimates a 4-6 week project timeline, but the Board will provide updates as available.
