Front Yard Update & Restrictions

Phase 2 of the front yard project has begun! Yesterday, GreenLOFT installed a new entrance gate on the 12th Street side of the front yard. Starting Monday, June 3rd, GreenLOFT's team will clear the yard area and begin construction of the built-in tables and benches. Although the yard is not yet officially off-limits at this stage of the project, the Board strongly urges residents to stay out of the yard area-- especially with pets. As the project progresses over the next few weeks and sod, bushes, and other plants are installed, yard use may be further restricted to protect the initially vulnerable vegetation. The Board will provide as much notice as possible regarding yard usage restrictions, but in the interest of ensuring a delay-free project timeline, please do not plan to host any BBQs or gatherings in the front yard during the next few weeks.
