SAFETY CONCERN: Propping Open Building Doors

Dear Residents,

Over the past week the basement exit door to the back alleyway has been propped open at least two separate times and left ajar. Please do not prop open any building door (entry, trash room, basement exit, bike room, etc.) at any time, for any reason. Doing so poses a serious safety and security concern to all residents, in addition to providing easy entry for rodents into the building.
