New Plaza Residents, A private storage room (~144 cubic feet, $34/mo.) is presently available for rent. The room is located on the basement level, across from the Trash Area door. Additionally, in the basement Maintenance Room there is one large storage cage (72 cubic feet, $20/mo.) and several small storage cages (27 cubic feet, $8/mo.) available for rent. Please see the  Storage Space Agreement  and the Storage Room Rules for more information, and email the Board at board@thenewplaza.com if you'd like to rent a storage space.
