Yesterday, a New Plaza resident disposed of an entire bathroom vanity in the Trash Area (pictured to the left). Our trash service only removes items placed in the blue bins and broken down cardboard boxes. Furniture, electronics, and all other household items too large to fit inside the trash bins MUST NOT be left in the Trash Area. The Condo Board will review security footage in order to identify the resident who disposed of the bathroom vanity and assess him/her a $100 fine plus the cost of removing the vanity, unless he/she removes it from the Trash Area immediately. In response to the above instance, as well as numerous similar instances over the past several months in which New Plaza residents have improperly disposed of items in the Trash Area, the Condo Board will be actively enforcing the Trash Area policies and assessing fines, as laid out in the House Rules.
